A jazz club in the lobby of the Refinery Hotel, named after Winifred T. McDonald's 1920s café and tea salon that once occupied the neighborhood. The space was redesigned in 2026 by Garrett Singer Architecture + Design with a dedicated performance stage, enhanced acoustics, and deep amber and teal velvets — subtle nods to the building's former life as a hat factory woven throughout. Nightly live jazz performances draw both hotel guests and serious music listeners.

All-day American brasserie on the ground floor with a room that earns its own identity: glass chandeliers, wide leather booths, decorative tilework, and a long bar that leans Art Deco.
