Parker & Quinn
At Refinery Hotel · 1F
All-day American brasserie on the ground floor with a room that earns its own identity: glass chandeliers, wide leather booths, decorative tilework, and a long bar that leans Art Deco.
Neighborhood
Midtown South · Bryant Park
Atmosphere
Low light, warm wood, and leather that has settled in. The bar holds its own from the dining room — a place to work through the cocktail list or not order food at all. Unhurried in a part of the city that rarely is.
Key features
The cocktail program is considered enough to spend an afternoon on. In a corridor of Midtown that defaults to forgettable hotel dining, Parker & Quinn has built its own reason to come back.

About the hotel
The 1912 Colony Arcade never let go of what it was. Gothic arches, exposed brick, sewing-machine desks, and factory-cart coffee tables trace the building's hat factory past through the hotel rooms — not as nostalgia, but as structure. Bryant Park is two blocks away, the Garment District is right outside.

Refinery Rooftop
Rooftop · Bar
Open-air rooftop bar on the 13th floor with one of Midtown's most direct sightlines to the Empire State Building — close enough to feel its actual scale. A retractable glass atrium opens to a wooden deck, so the view works across seasons and the evening stretches as long as you want it to.

Winnie’s Jazz Club
Music · Bar
A jazz club in the lobby of the Refinery Hotel, named after Winifred T. McDonald's 1920s café and tea salon that once occupied the neighborhood. The space was redesigned in 2026 by Garrett Singer Architecture + Design with a dedicated performance stage, enhanced acoustics, and deep amber and teal velvets — subtle nods to the building's former life as a hat factory woven throughout. Nightly live jazz performances draw both hotel guests and serious music listeners.
