The view from here is the view the developers were selling when they built this part of the city. Equinox got there first and built an actual reason to stay.

Equinox opened its first hotel inside Hudson Yards in 2019 on a specific hypothesis: that a hotel can be built as a performance system the same way a training program is. The concept has no direct equivalent in New York.
