Screening Room
B1 · Crosby Street Hotel · SoHo (Broadway Shopping)
A 99-seat cinema beneath the lobby with professional projection and sound, used for private screenings, industry events, and hotel guests who want to watch a film properly. There's almost nothing else like it in a New York hotel.
Atmosphere
Dark, considered, the kind of room that takes film seriously. You know within ten seconds whether a screening room was built for its purpose or just has a screen in it. This one was built for it.
The Hidden Side
The Kemps built a proper cinema beneath an 86-room SoHo boutique hotel because they treat culture as the point, not the perk. Film events here draw people from the neighborhood, not just hotel guests, which makes the hotel more alive than its size would suggest. In a city where every hotel amenity eventually gets replicated, this one still stands alone.

About Crosby Street Hotel
Kit Kemp designed the Crosby Street Hotel the way someone designs their own home when they have good taste and no interest in your approval. Bold color, confident pattern, original art in every room and corridor. The 86 rooms feel individually curated because they are.
